Southworth Development
Southworth Development LLC, a privately held company based in Newton, Massachusetts specializing in the development of residential resort and hospitality-branded real estate communities. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Southworth Golf, Southworth is also very active in the international resort and golf development community, having served as owner, manager, consultant or construction manager to over 45 properties during the past 15 years. Southworth prides itself on being committed to becoming a good member of the community wherever it does business, utilizing local labor, products and services, and offering opportunities for management training and internal advancement.
Southworth’s expertise includes master planned community development; asset management; golf course construction management; golf, spa, fitness and country club management; and related sales and marketing services. Southworth has acted as investor, lead developer, asset manager, construction manager and/or golf operator of numerous projects, including: Starr Pass Country Club & Spa – Tucson, Arizona; Willowbend – Mashpee, Massachusetts; The Westin Rio Mar Resort & Country Club – Rio Grande, Puerto Rico; Liberty National Golf Club & Residencies – Jersey City, New Jersey and Coco Beach Golf & Country Club – Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.
E.H. Fortitude
E.H. Fortitude was originally established to rehabilitate historic housing in downtown Savannah, GA. Since that time, E.H. Fortitude has grown from a builder of individual homes, to a developer and builder of large subdivisions, to a consultant and project manager on multi-million dollar projects throughout the Southeastern United States. Today, the company specializes in finding unique investment opportunities where the "true value" of a project has not been fully recognized. Once a project is identified, E.H. Fortitude works to eliminate many of the uncertainties on a project that may hide a project’s true value and then acts as the project conduit bringing together the necessary elements of finance, planning, developers, builders and marketing to maximize each project’s potential.
The Project will be managed by a Bahamian Affiliate of Southworth Development LLC and E.H. Fortitude.
